Irpin & Miami Establish Sister City Status

We are proud to announce that Irpin and Miami established sister city status. The official agreement was signed on Monday, November 14, 2022, at Miami city hall.

The agreement was signed by Oleksandr Makushyn, mayor of Irpin, Francis Y. Suarez, mayor of Miami, and Ken Russell, Miami commissioner.

The sister city agreement between Irpin and Miami acknowledges that both cities will work in collaboration for the mutual benefit of their communities through the exploration of educational, and cultural opportunities.
